International Shipping
We ship to the following countries, using NZ Post International Courier with Tracking:
- Australia & Canada
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK
- Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan
We will send a tracking link when your package is shipped.
Currently, shipping is taking 8-15 business days to Australia and 10-20 business days to the rest of the world.
We ship within 2 business days Monday- Friday, which excludes weekends and holidays. If we are unable to ship within 2 business days, we will send an email explaining the delay and offering to refund your purchase.
We do not collect foreign taxes, tariffs, duty and/or fees at the time of purchase. If foreign taxes, tariffs, duty and/or fees will be required, the buyer will be responsible for contacting their country's customs department and paying the required taxes, duty and/or fees.

Please note that missing items must be reported within three weeks for NZ Post to provide a refund.
USA Shipping: We have suspended shipping to the states until the tariff rates stablise, which we hope will be soon!
